Breakfast
1 banana
1-1/3 cups grits
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6+ slices chicken/turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
9 prunes
2 cups water
Dinner
1 thigh leftover Cream Sauce Chicken
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1 can vegetable soup
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
