Weekend

So no one has posted anything new at all today...where is everyone? Just thought I would post something to get things going a bit!  So today I feel good. Just wonderful, better then yesterday, thanks everyone! I appreciate the support!  So what are everyones plans for the weekend? Anything exciting!?

I know..thanks, C for posting SOMEthing! we are dead. I will be in beautiful downtown Burbank this weekend at an association meeting (read here work).   I am usually pretty good about not eating the cookies candy crap on the meeting tables.  I'm less better about not drinking more than I should.  I have bunches of prepack bariatric foods to job in my gob as a better choice! Tonight I will be taken out to a very cool restaurant with the locals in the know about really good food.  I asked for sushi, so maybe it won't be real bad!  ha ha Also packed my swim suit and shoes for exercise! 

I plan to swim my ass off-- literally. It's 86 degrees in my classroom right now, which is next to the pool so it's also unbelievably humid. I can't stay cool and I feel nasty. I still don't feel well from the other night. Carb coma. And my c-pap mask exploded. And my students are trying to make my brain bleed. I will swim and bike tonight, tho.  -S.

I feel better today too.  Last weekend was real bad food wise so this weekend I plan on making wise choices.  I will be weighing tomorrow so we'll see what the numbers say.  My daughter has a birthday party to go to on Saturday at an indoor playground.   I plan on using it as a time to exercise.  I'm gonna take my big butt and play on all the equipment like I'm a 6 year old. I hope I don't get stuck in or on anything.  Neecee I live about 15 minutes from Burbank.  There are some great sushi joints around there.  Have an albacore sushi for me will ya.  That's my fav.  Or tuna.  Yummo!  Everyone have a great weekend.

I'm going racing this weekend at Limerock raceway in CT.  Woo hoo for me :)
