Breakfast
3/4 cup orange juice
1 cup shredded wheat (spoon size)
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6+ slices chicken lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
9 prunes
2 cups water
Dinner
Chicken breast with spaghetti sauce & parmesan cheese
1 cup whole wheat spaghetti with sauce & cheese
1 can vegetable soup
1/2 can pineapple chunks
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
1/2 cup no sugar, low fat ice cream (or whatever's left over)
