Abstinence - Day 107

Breakfast 3/4 cup orange juice 1 cup shredded wheat (spoon size) 1 cup 1% milk 1 mug coffee 2 cups water Lunch 2 whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6+ slices chicken lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo 9 prunes 2 cups water Dinner Chicken breast with spaghetti sauce & parmesan cheese 1 cup whole wheat spaghetti with sauce & cheese 1 can vegetable soup 1/2 can pineapple chunks 1-1/2 cups 1% milk Evening Snack 1/2 cup no sugar, low fat ice cream (or whatever's left over) Denise Phares P.S.  My sponsor's leading tonight at an OA meeting I'm chairing.  It'll be the first time I've heard her story!
