Wednesday Weigh In
I'm down another 7.5 pounds this week. Total since 3/21 is 82.5. Last night I walked 1.8 miles which means I'll probably try for 2 miles tonight or tomorrow night. I'm getting back to that point where I'm feeling so good that I can't understand how I could have gotten to the weight I did, but of course, I've been here before. Only 31.5 pounds to go to get below 400!
That's my boy! Jeebis Cripes, you lose fast. Almost makes me wish I was 500# to start--- NOT.
Last night after that dinner, despite feeling sick and blood-sugar crashy, AND being in my dress shoes AND having blisters on my feet-- I still took a half-mile walk. Tonight, even though I won't get home until 6:30, I am still going to suit up and hit the gym--- do the recumbent bike (I can finally get my heartrate to 140!) and then swim an hour.

BTW-- My Big Huge Splurge-iferous meal made me end the day at 2085 calories-- so I am pretty sure I will survive. ;)
