2 whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6+ slices chicken lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
9 prunes
2 cups water
Dinner
1 thigh leftover Paprika Chicken Thighs
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1/2 can light fruit ****tail
1 can vegetable soup
1-1/2 cups 1% milk

I abstained myself a 9 oz steak, mashed potatoes, mushrooms, a salad, and some ice cream with toasted coconut. I doubled my usual caloric intake for the day just to prove I could.
Science schmience-- I fully expect to gain 17 pounds from the process.
