Doubt y'all missed me!  I certainly missed you guys! Actually, I've been around but not as participative as I wanted to.......it was either make love or war.....I chose love.....good thing because y'alls posts of the past few days really backed up what I was feeling...... I'm usually not combative, so I had to sit back and bite my tongue for a bit because I couldn't use my theory of "....if you can't say anything nice......SAY IT NICELY" (my vocabulary and wit can only get me so far) but you guy**** it squarely on the head. Anyways lost 2.2 last week even after adding more food (2 meals at that point) in and not exercising for 5 days because of allergies and a big ol' case of I DON'T WANT TO......got back on track and had three more days of IDWT......I'll see what the damage is on Thursday......but if I go by fitday those days only add up to like 3-5% of my calories burned.....it was either take a few days off or my entire life off (everyone needs a break.....we are machines that can keep running infinitely) I realized I had to major NSV's over the past week as well......1.  My belly is no longer on the steering wheel (got at least six inche gap---I'm really short so that's major) and 2.  Got into my 16s (was in a 22) and fixing to move on down!  My goal NSV?  Being able to wipe F2B without getting a charley horse!   HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA

I know what you mean about the stomach not being on the steering wheel anymore!  My parents noticed that as I was getting in the car to drive home to Tennessee from Ohio yesterday.  I also bought some pants over the weekend that were a size 62, 10 sizes lower than I was in December.

I had that steering wheel thing happen too, just yesterday. And it's nice to put on my seatbelt without bisecting my carotid artery. Fitday's the greatest, but it's lousy for calculating calories spent-- well, at least it is for supersized peeps like myself-- it doesn't take your body mass into consideration at all.. I just use it sorta to record what I did, but disregard what it says that means.  Whoa. At first I thought F2B meant "fiancee to be" or something and I was wondering why he cannot wipe his damn self.

Congrats on the weight loss.  I also have the same problem with my belly being sooooooooo close to the steering wheel.  I was wondering where my 10 pounds had dropped from and found this morning after buckling up that I had more space between the big belly and steering wheel.

I usually leave the boards for a while when I can't check my tongue at the door too. LOL As for that steering wheel belly thing, that was like the only way I guaged my weight loss in the past.  It's not an issue anymore but it was really nice when it wasn't an issue!  Now, even though I am 5'7" I have to pull the seat WAY up to reach the pedals.  My SO gets in the car and sighs each and every time.

heehee you made me spi****er on my monitor when I read the F2B - but I think a lot of us feel that way - just haven't said it! I will be so glad when going to the bathroom is a more normal thing and not a yoga move!

well, NOW I miss you...over a holidy-ish week, I just figger one of two thing - you were gone or eating so badly you didn't want to face it yet!  LOL.  Awww, I love to argue.  I don't like for people to do the Yo mama thing, but when it is intelligent interchange, what's not to like????
