Not too shabby for a holiday week-end
Hi Angela,
That's not too bad at all. I didn't have issues this weekend because I didn't have to go to a cookout or have one. The closest we came was grilling turkey burgers and hotdogs.
My surgeon finally released me and I went back to my weight class. It's been 9 weeks and I can tell you I was one SORE person!!! Even at half the weight I had been used to, I was hurting.
Interestingly enough, the scale showed a 3 pound weight gain the day after I worked out!! What's up with that??? Even if I had a BAD night, which I didn't, I would have had to consume 11,000 calories to gain that!! LOL So lesson learned, no scale after big workout! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
I'm having the same experience....isn't it depressing? You wish you'd see...instant sveltitude!

Geez, not bad at all! I went over WW points for the week by about 8 points. I ain't even trippin. I'm sure i did not lose, then my TOM started also. Strike three. No scale for me this week!
I did work out well, but not as much as I normally might have given three whole days off:
5 hours total gardening Sunday, Monday
2.5 hour bike ride Monday
50 minute wog on Saturday night
little swimming, lite hiking on Sunday with fat baby on my back.
