2 whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6+ slices smoked ham, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
9 prunes
2 cups water
Dinner
Tilapia filets on griddle
1 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
1 can no salt mixed vegetables
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
