3/4 cup orange juice
1 cup 1% milk
1/2 can corn beef hash with 2 poached eggs
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg & wing
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1/2 can light fruit ****tail
1 can New England clam chowder
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
2 cinnamon graham crackers
