Hi everyone, Well I gained this week.    .6 lbs- so not even a whole pound. So now, 5 weeks in and 14.8 lbs down.  I don't like have to subtract from my total loss.   I'm not happy with it, but I understand it.  I only exercised 3 days this week and I wasn't as diligent with the food intake.  Last weekend was particularly unhealthy.  But being this far into my weight loss journey, .6 doesn't bother me.   I just have to get back on schedule this week-and I will.  Today, I already worked out an hour with my personal trainer, 45 minutes on the elliptical and then an hour bike ride on a trail (15 miles).   Oh and just a happy note for me,  I am scheduled for some PS this summer!  Chin and neck lift in June and Belt LIpectomy in July.  I am sooooo happy and excited about this.   Anyway, have a great Memorial Day weekend! Good for you for weighing in!! That is a huge victory in and of itself. When I had tried weigh****chers before if I had a bad week I didn't even bother weighing in and then I would just get so off track. This time around I have weighed myself every week and even though there have been some gains, I have still taken it in stride and got right back on track. I don't think I would have been this successful this time had I not had that approach, so good for you!! And good luck on your surgery. I treated myself to a nose job when I lost 50Lbs. Hopefully when I get to goal, I will be ready for a whole lot more. =)
