Breakfast 1 banana 1 cup Cream of Wheat 1 cup 1% milk 1 mug coffee 2 cups water Lunch 2 whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6+ slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo 1 apple 2 cups water Dinner 1 thigh crockpot chicken (can't remember name of recipe) 1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine 1/2 can light fruit ****tail 1 can vegetable soup 1-1/2 cups 1% milk Denise Phares
