So yesterday I walk into my apartment after I get home from work. And I walk over the my balcony door and open the shades....low and behold I see atleast 15 honeybees on the door...INSIDE!!!! So I'm thinking OMG! I walk into my bedroom they're all over my window too...INSIDE!!! I'm then thinking...crap I'm going to die by getting stung to death. So I find my apartments Emergency after hours phone number and call. I tell the chick umm there are like 50 honeybees in my apartment right now..see goes hold on puts me on hold..I'm going WTF! So I then proceed to talk to this guy and ask him when he's gonna get someone here he then tells me oh ASAP. I'm like great how about NOW? So while I am cutting my friends hair the maintence guy comes over, with a spray can of stuff that kills bees. Think oh this chick is over exaggerating (sp) Umm then he walks in and says..."Oh wow" I'm like yea you dummy!  So he then proceeds to spray all the bees to death and finds that they have a big nest in the unit outside that leads to MY vents..ONLY my vents! I mean out of like 900 apartmets...it has to be MINE! So today Pest Control is coming out to do something. I then go to my parents and get this netting stuff and masking tape. I get home kill a couple more bees and tape the netting over ALL of my vents! Yess I have ghetto white netting over all of my vents. Oh wait to make it worse...I was standing on one of my chairs behind my tv taping the vent off...I step down to get off of the chair and hit the cable that is in the wall...and break the wall plate so now i can totally pull out ALL of the cable out of my wall. Just freaking wonderful! Ha I thought I would just tell you all how my day was yesterday! :)

OOOOh, love that white trash look ya got going there.  no **** eh? that is a trip all right.  It brought back a memory of my cousins house in upper Illinois - a very cool Victorian home.  They had this room right next door to their bedroom that was always FULL of bees like that.  For some reason, the bees would not buzz off.  LOL - buzz offf??????

Haha, buzz off...good one.  Yea I'm scared to take off the white trash looking netting even after they "say" they have got rid of them. I do NOT want any bees in there.

LOL That is kind of funny --- here in Hawaii, no matter how clean you keep your house, you are destined to have at least one gecko and one giant roach in your house. Because we live in crappy old Army housing, I think I have at least two of each!  The roaches are so gross and I've become so anal about lysoling and cloroxing my stuff. I even rinse my plates and silverware off before using them. It's so damn nasty here.  Hawaii is pretty to visit, but sucks to live here!!!

Maybe the bees came to your apartment because your sweet like honey.  What a day you had.  The last time I climbed up on a chair I was getting down and did a duh duh duh and fell off and bruised my leg really bad.  I can be a real clutz.  Hope today is better and you don't find any new creatures in your apartment when you get home.  Unless that creature is tall dark and handsome.

I think they're after your makeup!  It has a certain aroma to it and I hear they make some of it out of flowers. :)
