Thanks for keeping us posted. I will have some new numbers for ya on the first. I hope to have a good loss. I think I can still make my goal of reaching 200 pounds by the 4th. That would be a 120 pound total loss for me. Watch out everyone here I come.

Hi Angela, I know my goal weight by July 4th was 129 (which I have no hopes of reaching since I skipped the last 3 weeks which would have put me down another 6 #), but I don't remember what day we started or what I weighed then.

I guess I can still cheer everyone else on! LOL
