Breakfast

1 cup 1% milk
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6+ slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
1 pear
2 cups water
Dinner
Chicken breast with spaghetti sauce & parmesan cheese
1 cup whole wheat spaghetti with sauce & cheese
1 can vegetable soup
1/2 can pineapple chunks
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
1/2 cup no sugar, low fat ice cream

Doing great! And I think your food choices have been evolving health-wise as well.
Here's how my day is shaping up:
6:00 am - South Beach protein bar (210)
8:30 am - Zone Perfect protein bar (200)
11:00 am - South Beach chicken wraps (240)
1:30 pm - beef and bean burrito (290)
4:00 pm - not sure but probably a Schwan's diet chicken pizza (280)
6:30 pm - I'm thinking probably some fruit
I'm doing great on my water today and treadmilled for 54 min this morning, but I'm debating on whether or not to go to the gym this evening. I certainly don't want to repeat that blood sugar episode, so I may get a few more days of treadmilling under my belt for reconditioning before I hit the gym since I had that 3 weeks with no exercise.
