Hiya Bert,
That deserves a great big WOW!
I finally hit the 100# down this morning when I weighed, so I'm feeling pretty perky too. :-)
And I also do quite a bit of recumbent bike at the gym twice a week...roughly 45 minutes keeping my heart rate around 150 or so. Other than the time I sliced my knee open on it, It's very forgiving on my joints/body parts (especially my feet).
You are just awesome!!! That is so great! You definitely are an inspiration. On the inside I hate you, my hubby and the boy genes!! LOL I'm kidding of course, but it's no fair that it seems like guys lose weight quicker and in my hubby's case more effortlessly!!! We went to the gym together and I stayed on the elliptical for a full hour and barely burnt 800 calories - he jogged for 30 minues and got on the elliptical for 15 and burned just as much! GRRR!
You the man. You're giving me a run for my money aren't you? Yesterday was my 7 month anniversary for starting my weight loss. I have lost 108 pounds so far. At the rate your going your gonna kick my butt. I'd better go for a walk. I am very competitive you know. You are doing great and doesn't it feel good? You are an inspiration to all of us and prove that no number on the scale is to big to overcome. Good job and you are the man.
