Lunch
2 whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6+ slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
1 pear
2 cups water
Dinner
Tilapia fish on griddle
1 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
1/2 can light fruit ****tail
1 can no salt mixed vegetables
1-1/2 cups 1% milk

1 cup Hearty Vegetarian Stew

1-1/2 cups 1% milk
I noticed some answers to my Sunday day, day 97. On the weekends occasionally we get fast food for lunch. A little splurge isn't going to hurt me. After all, I'm still losing weight.

I wasn't questioning the right to "splurge"-- of course you can. I was questioning how a couple of fast food beef and cheese sandwiches, fries, a fried pie and a milkshake could be considered "abstinence."
The answer is, "Abstinence is what you say it is." I understand, now.
