Rewards?

Hey M. I have actually written down some short term/long term goals.  For instance, when I lose my first 10 pounds I rent a chick flick.  When I get down a total of 25 I treat myself to a movie, etc.  I've put in their a manicure or pedicure (whatever I feel like at the time).  I've never had either done, so that's one of the "big goals."  I've also put on their a movie out with my DB.  My biggest reward (100 pounds down) is going to be an IPod Nano.  None of my rewards contain food.

I think good rewards are, maybe getting nails done, new hair do, pedecure, Dancing, anything that makes us feel good about ourselves.But iam with you on the new clothes, i wont  b uy any till i see a big difference.   Delilah
