I felt pretty good after hitting the Wal-Mart yesterday for new exercise clothes, but I wasn't prepared to be down another 3.8 today! This made me feel a lot better about maintaining last week.
When I got my booklet back, I saw that I have now gone below my seventh grade physical weight of 175 (this was in 1985, BTW). I am absolutely floored!

OMG, thank you! The task is daunting but the rewards are so very worthwhile! Thank YOU for the vote of confidence!
I can't wait to be there with you. My highest weight was also 320. I am down to 212 and you give me inspiration. The more I lose the harder it gets. Doesn't it feel good? I stil haven't cleaned out all my big clothes. Why I don't know. I'm emotionally attached to them. I was wearing a 30/32 or a 4x in blouses. This week I wore a 1x bottom and a 18 blouse. That was exciting for me. Keep up the great work and watch out for me in your rearview.

Way to go on your progress! I agree that as you keep losing, it does get harder ... but you can still lose. In the words of a lifetime member at my meetings, "This is where the hard work begins."
As far as clothes go, alter what you can if you absolutely must have it, but the rest must go! I have a HUGE pile in my spare bedroom -- I have the requisitive size 30W jeans for comparative purposes, but virttually everything else gets purged out of the closet as soon as it's too big.
Come on up to to the top -- there's plenty of room and the view is great!
