Good morning everyone! I did pretty well this week-lost 2 lbs.  I am happy with that.  4 weeks in and 15.4 lbs lighter!   Have a great day. I'm off biking now.  Another beautiful day here in Chicago, 85 and sunny! Thanks for all the support, Katy

Good for you!  I won't weigh myself until June 2.  I weigh myself once a month, and I am losing slower than you.  But that's OK for me.  I was failing at Weigh****chers (losing and gaining the same pounds over and over), when I quit them and joined Overeaters Anonymous.  I'm doing much better now.

Denise I know you're doing great.  I follow your abstinence posts.  I think the thing is to find something that works for you and keep at it.  I applaud how diligent you are at making sure you follow your plan everyday-that's hard to do.  And you're doing it with success. It looks like OA is really working for you.  It's amazing how different everyone's bodies are and that what works for one doesn't necessarily work for another.  We'll keep supporting one another! Candy, I'm doing the flex plan.  I like that I have to look at everything & find point value first.  I helps me to really take into account exactly what I'm putting in my mouth.  The point journal is great.  I've put aside some hap-hazard eating (cookies in the office, picking food out of the fridge just because, etc.) because I look at how many points that will take away from me. Anyway, it seems to be working for me.  Slowly but surely. Katy

lol-Thanks Neecee Enjoy your ride.  I'm actually waiting for a friend to go riding with.  We'll be leaving with in the hour.  I love bike riding.  Although I know from your posts you ride alot further than I do.  I usually do about 15 miles, but I know you do 30-60 mile rides, that's awesome.  I think I am going to have to do some research about some trails further out in Illinois that are a bit longer and more scenic.  I just get worried I'll lose my way.  Some ot the trail marker are so confusing to me. Great job.  I love to bike too.  It does help with the weight loss.  Keep up the good work you're doin great.
