Breakfast 1 orange 1 cup Total cereal 1 cup 1% milk 1 mug coffee 2 cups water Lunch 2 white pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6+ slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo 1 pear 2 cups water Dinner (from Arby's) 2 cheddar roast beef sandwiches 1 small bag curly fries 1 jamocha shake 1 cherry turnover Denise Phares P.S.  I know that dinner isn't exactly the healthiest, but I'll be coming home so late from the OA meeting that I need something quick. DP

Those are some pretty heavy (and sooo appealing) choices, to be sure! Breakfast: Kashi Bar and Propel (+ multivitamin) Lunch: 1 cup tuna salad on lettuce with fat free vinaigrette               1 cup mixed fruit (mostly melon) Dinner: 1/2 turkey and lettuce wrap with mustard               Lean Cuisine Chicken Teriyaki bowl               Sugar Free Fudgesicle Total: 1209 calories
