660mg Omega-3 Enriched Eggs = Bleah!
I bought a dozen of these last time at the grocery store with thoughts of increasing my Omega-3 to Omega-6 ratio. There were range-fed eggs, Omega-3 enhanced with 100mg, and enhanced with 660mg and I thought, what the hell, I'll go for the big dose.
Big mistake. Either Omega-3 has a naturally fishy taste or they used some sort of fish product to enrich the eggs, but they have a wierd week old fish flavor. I like to eat fish usually, but when fish smell fishy they're not good and these eggs have a "fishy" element to them.
I'm going to try the range fed eggs and see how that goes instead.
