1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6+ slices turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
1 apple
2 cups water
Dinner
1-1/4 cups Hearty Vegetarian Stew
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack (which I skipped yesterday)
1/2 cup no sugar, low fat ice cream
