So what does water weigh?
Found online: "An average adult body is 50 to 65 percen****er -- that's roughly 45 quarts. Men are more watery than women. A man's body is 60 to 65 percen****er, compared to 50 to 60 percent for a woman. In infants, the figure is a whopping 70 percent according to statistics compiled by the International Bottled Water Association."
That surprised me that men have more water. No wonder they pee so much.
For your question, I know that here in 3D, water weighs about 8# per gallon. So, if the above is correct, then about 90# of most women is water. I assume they started with the typical 150 pound person, right? That is 60% of a 150 pound person.
