Poop. Maybe that's it. You keep your head up and you will not give in. You are one tough cookie and next week you'll have a loss I'm sure. I only lost 1/2 pound last week and I worked my butt off. I didn't even splurge for mothers day. Losing weight is hard and I am determined to beat the odds. Have a good week and what kind of exercise do you have planned for the week? I will bike and walk. I need to use my weights but I am lazy about that.
