UP point 8.  well poop. I realy expected to be down a pound. I'll live. I was pondering that when I make it past this mini-teau, that will make me feel so good about myself. I usually flake right about NOW!  I'm not gonna flake. Not gonna do it.

Hi Neecee, dont get to down we all go through it, you will do much better next week at  your weigh in, you may drop that .8 and a lot more, just hang in there one day at a time is what i keep telling myself,  Best to you. Delilah

Poop.  Maybe that's it.  You keep your head up and you will not give in.  You are one tough cookie and next week you'll have a loss I'm sure.  I only lost 1/2 pound last week and I worked my butt off. I didn't even splurge for mothers day.  Losing weight is hard and I am determined to beat the odds.  Have a good week and what kind of exercise do you have planned for the week? I will bike and walk.  I need to use my weights but I am lazy about that.

You can do it Neecee.  Don't get down, it could be a little water weight.  I'm sure it'll come off with even more next week.

.8??????????? .8???????????? They couldn't even eke a real pound out of you!!!!????? I wouldn't even count it.  I only like my weight loss or gains in 1 pound increments.  See, there's a loop hole for everything!!!!  Show them next week!!!!  And no flaking, you are too strong for that!

Remember too that if you're exercising, you are probably building some muscle as well which can offset any fat you lost during the week.
