Breakfast 1 banana 1 cup corn flakes 1 cup 1% milk 1 mug coffee 2 cups water Lunch 2 whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices smoky ham, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo 9 prunes 2 cups water Dinner 1 thigh Smoky Paprika Chicken Thighs 1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine 17 grapes 1 can vegetable soup 1-1/2 cups 1% milk Denise Phares

day 92!!!  yes!!!! I had 1/2 c nf milk + 1/2 scoop protein powder - 6:45 a.m. 1/2 proten bar at 9:30 hi pro soup + soy chips at noon thirty coffee + choc proetin powder supper = 3/4 c mac/cheese + 2 ounce sausage + 1 ear corn no butter 1 - skinny cow ice cream sandwich 60 minute wog n the morning
