When I went to the RNY seminar the surgeon suggested starting a 1200 calorie program that's where I got the number from. I drink 4 protein shakes, a frozen meal, veggies and fruit. I'm sick of writing down food, measuring, obsessing about what I'm going to eat next, etc. On this "diet" I can't binge because it's SO structured. I don't know I wi**** wasn't so dang hard. I wish after a certain amount of time it would get easier, but it just doesn't no matter what.
