ww weigh in
Hey guys! Just reporting my weigh in. Lost another pound. I was glad with that. I ate out 3 times this week. I didn't over eat, but I ate things I wouldn't usually have-chips and salsa, cheeseburger, enchiladas. But I did make sure I exercised more to make up for it. So, I'll take my pound! Three weeks in with ww and 13.4 lbs down.

Hey Neecee,
Thanks. You know, before, when I just started losing weight, only a pound lost would have made me soo upset. But, over 200 pounds later, a pound is a pound and I'm glad to have it. My thinking has totally changed. If someone would have said to me 3 years ago, 1 pound a week means 52 pounds in a year- that wouldn't have made me any happier. Now though, being where I am, and having done this for 3 years, I'm like woohoo, in a year I'll be 52 pounds lighter! My perspective has totally changed.
And, I do like ww. I like the limitations, but the feeling that I can have a cookie if I really need, but I'll just have to use up 9 points and be really diligent the rest of the day. I was on ww 2 years ago as well and did Core. I lost 40 lbs but then started to plataue, so quit. The points system is working for me now. I like it.

Hi Mama,
Thanks for the encouragement! Yes, at ww we weigh in once a week. And that is the only time I weigh in. I get too crazy if I weigh myself more now. I know I usually eat right and exercise hard-sometimes the scale doesn't reflect that.
I'm and really happy with 13.4 gone, but I had a really big loss the first week (11.4). I don't know where it came from. I know I probably won't see a loss like that again soon!!! I am happy with a pound though. Every pound gets us closer to our goals, right!!!!
