Breakfast 3/4 cup apple juice 1 cup Total cereal 1 cup 1% milk 1 mug coffee 2 cups water Lunch Frozen meal, including protein, starch, vegetables, and fruit 1 toasted cheese sandwich with 15-grain bread and 2 slices American cheese 2 cups water Dinner Rotisserie chicken breast Corn on the cob with margarine 1 cup instant rice with 1 tsp. margarine 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce Apple juice Evening Snack 1 Slim A Bear no sugar, low fat ice cream sandwich Denise Phares
Every so often I lurk on this and other sights. I see your posts. I just want you to know I wonder how you are doing and wish you much success. I know what you are going thru. I purchased a little calculator size thing called Health fit counter. www.healthfitcounter.com. It helped me before surgery and has continued to do so after. It is a little pricey, but truly well worth the price. Again much success in your weight loss.
