Good job, denise. me= 6:30 a.m. 1 c ww cereal + 1/2 c nf milk 1 banana 8:30 a.m. high protein coffee with low fat milk, 1/3 c 11:45 high protein soup + soy chips + 2 c chard 1:30 - 1/8 c turkey salad (mayo, cranberries, celery) 6:45 - 5 ounce salisbury steak - home made by DH YUM 2 c cauliflower salad
