Geez, i have to do EVERYthing...questions!!!! (can u smell burning martyr?)
- Saying grace – or even a thank you to those who helped get food on your plate - before eating a meal – how could it help you maintain self control for that meal? I tend to forget to say grace, once in a while I will remember. I just read this this morning in my library book leslie Sansone - wow, a goo dreminder. It will help me remember to be present and tatse my food or at least aknowledge that I ate it!
- What is the most prominent family trait in your family tree? Do you have it? I have the number one family trait - terminally early. It is a crack up - all of us are like a half hour early for doctor appointments, work, etc. The other thing is most of us are lushes.
- What is the last Non Scale Victory (NSV) you noticed during your new improved health plan for life? Mine? clothes i love to wear. and one thing, when i get home from work, i leave my bra ON, before i could not WAIT to get that sucker OFF!
- Is there a person in your life you fantasize about running into after you reach goal weight? What is the scenario that you fantasize about? Every boyfriend who ever dumped me...LOL. Just so i am in my best outfit.
- Where is your next weekend getaway or vacation going to be? Do you prefer a set schedule when you get there or just hanging loose? we are going to yosemite in June! Then Chicago in July....yahooo. I prefer a combo - planned stuff but plenty of down time.

Boy, we are a bunch of non grace saying people, huh? I'm guilty as well. If we took the time to be thankful for our food and our blessings maybe it would help to control our addictions? Not sure though b/c I know some VERY Godly people who are obese.
- What is the most prominent family trait in your family tree? Do you have it? Mother's side, obesity, YES I got it. Father's side, second toe longer than big toe, yes I got that as well.
- What is the last Non Scale Victory (NSV) you noticed during your new improved health plan for life? Being able to breathe better, and my favorite "FAT" jeans are now getting too big.
- Is there a person in your life you fantasize about running into after you reach goal weight? What is the scenario that you fantasize about? The people I would like to notice see me on a regular basis so the difference is not as noticeable.
- Where is your next weekend getaway or vacation going to be? Do you prefer a set schedule when you get there or just hanging loose? Don't really have a planned trip but I hope the next one will be more laid back than my trip to Orlando last year. We went with some friends and they had tried to cram too many activities into too few days. I was ready to get home so I could relax...LOL. The best night we had was on my birthday, they had a formal party to go to so DH and I went to Logan'**** it about happy hour so they were bringing me two marguritas at a time....thought he was going to have to tote me outta there. Got back to the hotel and sat by the pool with more marguritas.....when they got back, they wanted to take me to a piano bar for my birthday.....the bar didn't serve any blended drinks so I ended up drinking apple martinis, good thing the hotel room was just across the way.....
