Breakfast
1/2 orange
1 cup Rice Chex
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
Frozen meal with protein, starch, veggies, and fruit
Toasted cheese sandwich using 15-grain bread and American cheese (2 slices)
2 cups water
Dinner
Chicken breast with white sauce
1 cup rice with 1 tsp. margarine
1/2 can pineapple chunks
1 can vegetable soup
Apple juice
Evening Snack
1/2 cup no sugar, low fat ice cream

*We weren't able to shop this weekend, and I am running out of food items. I'll be able to pick up a gallon of 1% milk today, but that's it!
