Frozen fruits.... . Now why didn't I ever think of this!!  My gawd that'll solve my gnat problems!  Hehehe..  Apples tend to hang around a while in my house before they're touched. Bananas and strawberries on the otherhand are magical. They disappear right before your eyes!

How are you doing today?  Like everyone said, forgive yourself and start a new day fresh.  You can do this...change your diet and live a healthier lifestyle.  I went though the same thing on Sunday where my stomach told me "I need moreeeeeeeeeeeeeee" even though I was full.  I literally stopped and thought, but I'm not hungry.  That gave me the strength to walk from the kitchen and start on a project.  After a little while, all was forgotten.  Last night I had what still felt like hunger after my supper.  As Neecee suggested, I gave myself a 1/2 hour to see how I would feel.  I made sure to drink some water as well.  Great thing is after that 1/2 hour I wasn't hungry and was able to not eat the rest of the night.  It's hard to discern between the "real" hunger and the "haven't started processing your food, so you feel hungry but aren't" feelings. Do you have an eating plan in place?  It sounds like you might have been starving yourself yesterday morning.  Also, allow yourself a "cheat" now and again.  I think for us chocoholics, it helps.  You might even find that down the road you don't crave chocolate as much.  I got to that point once and am looking forward to getting there again.
