okay let's think about it logically. to gain 3 pounds in one day you would have to eat over 10,000 calories more than you burned that day - highly unlikely.  ramen noodles are generally full of sodium and subway isn't a whole lot better. just the plain egg and cheese wrap is nearly 400 cals and 1000 mg sodium. depends on what kind you use, but a square package of ramen from the grocery store can be up to 400 cals PLAIN.  also sounds like there is a lot of meat going on - sausage, ground beed, hamburger patty, beef rib - which always makes me dehydrated cause of the sodium.  you definitely should not fast today. or ever for that matter. make good food choices today and drink lots of lots of water. get rid of this all-or-nothing thinking and keep the big picture in mind. weight loss and the human body is completely unpredictable and inconsistent. you have to accept that and move on!

I'm convinced it was all the sodium.  I drank about 120 ounces of water yesterday too. Come to think of it I didn't pee a whole lot.  Perhaps my body held onto it.    Well so far today I've only had 200 calories.  I think I'm gonna have a salad for lunch WITHOUT salt!   I love Wendy's salads but I think they're very high in calories.  Maybe I'll use italian dressing or something.  We'll see what happens. TOM is visiting the wife. Perhaps I'm retaining her water?   She's a horndog when TOM visits her too.  Man, I swear they need to invent "Off" for PMSing wives!!  Most girls get *****y, my wife gets horny!  I'm like uhhhh I love you baby, but no.. I realllllly am not in the mood! lol   "Awww but babbbbyyyyy...plleeeeeaaaaaaaaasseeeee... Ughhhh!"   lmao.. she's nuts..  reminds me of a cat in heat.. why the hell am i telling everyone this?

Welp!  The day's almost over.   I weighed in at tops and I lost 2.5 lbs from last week so all was not lost today.  I imagine in a few days the other 2 or so lbs of water I'm retaining will come off.  I'll save that for next weeks weigh-in! :)   I had that salad for lunch I talked about.  It wasn't all that tasey but hey, at least I ate healthy.  I had taco bell for diner though but I ate so few calories for the day that I don't think it's going to do much more than make a nasty turd!.  The whole meal was 1280 calories!  Couldn't resist that empanada! MMmmm!!  That's a WHOLE lot but for the day I've consumed 2,020.  That's only 220 calories more than my daily max of 1800 so I'm not sweating it.  Damn who'd've thunk counting calories and keeping a food journal would prove to beneficial!? Breakdown: Breakfast - 200 calories.  Two 100 calorie packs. Not the best breakfast but I was upset so I tried to starve/punish myself Lunch - 440 calories. Chicken BLT Salad, no croutons, 1 pack reduced fat dressing. Snack - 100 calorie lornadoones Dinner 1280 calories.  Two Baja Chalupas, 1 crunchy taco, 1 caramel apple empanada yummy goodness!  Water:  68 ounces. Diet Soda - about 8 ounces from the huge Taco bell cup.. Might end up have 20 oz before the nights out.  It's been a while since I had soda and man, honestly it's not hitten on much.
