3/4 cup orange juice
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
No Lunch, too late in the day
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg and wing
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1/2 can light fruit ****tail
1 can New England clam chowder
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
2 graham crackers
