Abstinence - Day 82 and weigh-in
This morning I weighed myself and found I have lost 2 more pounds this past month. While I'm glad I lost, I'm also disappointed that it was only 2 pounds. I'm down to 281.5 pounds now, and I had hoped to be in the 270's. Oh well, at least I lost.

I hear ya! still, that slow loss is far more sustainable.
My friend and I were talking the other day, we're both losing slowly, BUTTTTTTT, we must admit, this is not that hard to do, we're eating tasty good foods, we're not in severe discomfort, not feeling hungry most days (there are moments!), so why whine about it?
Another friend who got diagnosed with diabetes long story short, lost over 50# on her tiny frame and she said the hunger issues, head hungers, usually, really do disappear after about a year of staying on target.
That inspired me! I have noticed that I actually rarely have head hunger moments any more. Interesting.
Hey Chris,
I don't know what slow cooker bubble pizza is either, but when I read your response a thought popped into my head. You have such a fun, entertaining way of conversing. I really really think you should start keeping a journal-written by hand or on the comp. throughout your weight loss experience. THEN, after you have enough compiled --turn it into book. I am sooo serious. It would be hilarious. And, I bet you would make millions. You are so funny. Think about walking your skinny ass on Oprah's stage...hmmm... your book in hand....hmmm! And all it would be is your journal entries about losing weight.
Anyway, just a thought I had! ; ) And, Denise, way to go!! A loss is a loss!! Keep up the good work!

Hhaha! That's hilarious! I had never thought of doing that! You know, most of time when I say stuff it's literally what just popped into my mind. I suppose it wouldn't be funny if I had to think about it for too long. I'd love to do something like that and I'm sure a lot of people would enjoy reading it. I also know how I am with commitments and routine tasks, I'm sure to quit it after a week. Got the same problem with my blog! How about you call me once a day and let me dictate that days progress so you can transcribe it. I'll give you a 15% cut of the proceeds but I'm going on Oprah alone!
I think that's what makes it soo funny-the stuff that you just say and not think about bk it's real. And don't offer that dictation thing, bk I would seriously take you up on that. Only I want 30% and I at least better be in the audience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And you have to make reference to " it would have never started with out the idea of my beautiful skinny friend Katy!" Camera on me smiling and waving throwing my hair back!
Think about it!!!!
