Abstinence - Day 81
I will be weighing myself tomorrow first thing in the morning, to see how I've done in the month of April 2007. I'll empty out my bladder completely, take off all my clothes, and get on my digital scale.
Breakfast
1 orange
1 cup Total cereal
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices chicken lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
9 prunes
2 cups water
Dinner
4 chicken wings
Rice
Fruit
Vegetable
1 large Slimfast bar
2 cups water

I have a scale that doesn't show how much I weigh. I don't use it. I bought a digital scale that does show how much I weigh. She needs a new scale, that's all.

Saturday:
1 c optimum 7 cereal + 1/2 c nf milk
1/2 italian sandwich + diet pepsi + 1/4 bag baked lays chips
high protein drink later today + apple slices
tri tip + 1 c baked beans + salad with dressing
5 light beers - playing texas hold 'em tonight!
