realistic goal

Hey everyone. i was wondering how much weight you think it would be possible to lose in about 2 months if i excercise everyday and eat about 1200 calories a day? right now i'm at about 170 lbs (and female). Any other tips and suggestions would be greatly appreciated as well!

Everyone is different.....so I wouldn't even begin to guess....wouldn't hurt to try?  check caloriesperhour.com they have some awesome calculators that could help you figure some of this out

I would agree with Neecee. My wife was 180 lbs and has been working hard to lose weight for the last two months. She's down to 175 now.  Of course she is probably consuming more than 1200 calories a day and doesn't exercise daily.  I think it's safe to say you would lose at least 5 lbs and possibly more. The exercise will strengthen and build your muscle which may decrease the amoutn of weight lost. You should also track your inches to be sure.
