realistic goal
I would agree with Neecee. My wife was 180 lbs and has been working hard to lose weight for the last two months. She's down to 175 now. Of course she is probably consuming more than 1200 calories a day and doesn't exercise daily. I think it's safe to say you would lose at least 5 lbs and possibly more. The exercise will strengthen and build your muscle which may decrease the amoutn of weight lost. You should also track your inches to be sure.
