Hit the chat room!

I know several of us are on right now, the posts are flying in!  Everyone hit the chat room if you can, I'll be there lurking and waiting till 11:20 EST.

There's a blocker on my work computer - I can't get into the chat room

really?  It's a java application but I suppose it does use some sort of port that can be blocked. Ahh well, at least you thought of it!

I don't know how to go onto the chat room.  Suggestions? Denise Phares

I tried to type a tutorial with pictures in here but it's not cooperating!  I'll just paste the text and hopefully it will work for you!

1. Locate and click the “Chatroom” link on the left side of your screen.

    

 

 

2. Wait for the program to load and then click in the Name box and type your name. Don’t worry about typing a profile, it’s not needed.

    

 

 

 

 

3. Click the “Volcano” button. It turns to “Chat’ when you hover over it.

    

 

4. A new window will appear.

    

 

 

 

5. Do not leave the page beneath the new window, otherwise it will close the chat window.  You should open a new browser to access OH forums.

    

6. From here you simply type your chat message in the white box and press enter to send it.  Play around with the window, it has many options.
