Good for you, Chris!  I could think of some terrible pun about losing your marbles, but forget it!  I use www.fitday.com just about every day to track my 1600 calorie diabetic food plan.  Most days I do very well.  I am going to have my monthly weigh-in this coming Saturday morning, so wish me luck!  I believe I've done (my husband, too) very well in April 2007. Thanks everyone for the encouraging words!   Denise you are very meticulous in following your food plan.  I greatly admire you!  G'luck on your weigh-in, I'm sure you'll come back to us with lighter news!
