Tuesday Tops WI
Weighed in yesterday at my tops meeting. I lost 5.75 lbs from the previous week! I won the best loser of the week and beat the second place loser by at least 2 lbs! I also won 2nd place for best loser of the month for March and I only weighed once that month!! If I had weighed twice I would have one first place. I lost 6.5 lbs for March and the winner lost 7.25 or so lbs.
We also started a new contest called Lost Marbles. For each 1/2 pound we lose on our team we get 1 marble. We lose 1 marble for each pound gained. We get 1 marble for each 20 minutes session of exercise. We also get 1 marble for keeping a food journal for the week. Additionally we get marbles for writing cards, calling other tops pals, bringing new members, etc. This contest is running from May 1st untili August 31st and my team WILL win this contest! I have no clue what the prize is but for me the prize will be the glory and satisfaction of winning!
So for those of you who have been dying to get me to keep a food journal you can go ahead and pat yourself on the back back because I wrote down my breakfast this morning! For now it's just a journal but perhaps later I'll track it on fitday and keep a calorie count!

You know what....I think I need to join TOPS. Because I LOVE competition, I thrive on it. When there is a competition I am bound to win. Especially if there is a prize. :) I'm going to look into TOPS and see when there are meetins around here. Oh yea here I come TOPS watch out Christa is the new sheriff in town! Hahaha

Lol Christa you and I are so much alike! Competitive and selfish, hahah! Thanks!
Neecee, secretly I already have a fitday.com account. Granted there's only one meal on one single day tracked but at least I tried it out! lol I hate searching for all of the foods I eat and trying to figure out how much I had. I suppose that's where the measuring comes in, right?
