Breakfast
1 orange
1 cup corn flakes
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices smoked ham, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
9 prunes
2 cups water
Dinner
Chicken breast with white sauce
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1 can no salt mixed vegetables
1/2 can light fruit ****tail
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
1/2 cup no sugar, low fat ice cream

The reason I've been having prunes every day at lunch is because I had limited money to buy fruit this past weekend.
