packing a cooler idea
A good hint from a co-worker, Shayne. Shayne brings a cooler packed with 25 WW points for the day (about 60% of his daily allotted) one could put in a certain amount of predetermined calories into that cooler. Stuff like protein bars, grilled chicken, yogurts, cottage cheese, veggies, fruit, etc. he eats that as needed all day long.
He says most days, the guys don't talk him into eating lunch out, he just stick swith what he has right at his fingertips. He has another 15-18 points to eat for supper when he gets home.
That little cooler is always with him! Totally cool.
