Abstinence - Day 78
Breakfast
1 banana
1 cup Wheat Chex
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6 thin slices smoked ham, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
9 prunes
2 cups water
Dinner
1-2 thighs leftover Moroccan -Spiced Chicken
2/3 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
1/2 can light fruit ****tail
1 can vegetable soup
1-1/2 cups 1% milk

Last night I finished off the Ole Spanish Rice. If I eat a moderate amount of it (1 cup) with fruit and vegetable soup, I feel like I didn't have enough, and I'm forced to eat a large Slimfast bar. I didn't want to waste another Slimfast bar, so I did overeat on the rice last night. It wasn't compulsive overeating, it was deliberate overeating.
