Breakfast 1 orange 1 cup oatmeal 1 cup 1% milk 1 mug coffee 2 cups water Lunch 2 whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices smoked ham, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo 9 prunes 2 cups water Dinner 1 cup leftover Ole Spanish Rice 1 can vegetable soup 17 grapes 1-1/2 cups 1% milk Denise Phares

6:30 am = 1 c ww cereal + 1/2 c nf milk (240 cal) 8:30 a.m. = 1/2 premium bar (140 cal) 11:45 = 1 rice cake + 1 teas pb + high pro soup  + 8 red grapes (240 cal) planned: 2:00 p.m = high pro grapefruit drink (80 cal) 4:00 = 1/2 premium bar (140 cal) chicken piccata, rice, broccoli plain (480) 1320 for the day Hope I have one serving of the piccata!
