6:30 am = 1 c ww cereal + 1/2 c nf milk (240 cal) 8:30 a.m. = 1/2 premium bar (140 cal) 11:45 = 1 rice cake + 1 teas pb + high pro soup + 8 red grapes (240 cal) planned: 2:00 p.m = high pro grapefruit drink (80 cal) 4:00 = 1/2 premium bar (140 cal) chicken piccata, rice, broccoli plain (480) 1320 for the day Hope I have one serving of the piccata!
