Abstinence - Day 76
Breakfast
2 pieces french toast with 15-grain bread
honey & light syrup
1 cup 1% milk
3/4 cup orange juice
1 mug hazelnut coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
Cheese sandwich with 15-grain bread
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
Leftover Snickers tiny bars
2 cups water
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg & wing
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1/2 cup light fruit ****tail
1 can New England clam chowder
1-1/2 cups 1% milk
Evening Snack
2 graham crackers

I had a rough nite, was up for an hour or more and was starving - i promised myself a nice omelet and did not indulge at 2 a.m.
This morning 9:00 a.m.:
3 pieces bacon
egg beater omelet with dry sauteed onion, fresh chard and lace cheese
1 c nf milk
12:30 p.m. = 1.5 c gumbo, 3 whole grain crackers with 2TBS cheese spread
6:30 p.m. = turkey suasage in marinara on pasta, chew bread with low fat spread, salad
Exercise: 2 hours vaccuuming then shampooing house carpets, car carpets, leaisurely bike ride later with DH.
