Breakfast 1 banana 1 large whole wheat bagel with crunchy peanut butter 1 cup 1% milk 1 mug hazelnut coffee 2 cups water Lunch Beef stew (small amount) Small corn muffin Lima beans Chunky applesauce 1 large Slimfast bar 2 cups water Dinner 1 thigh leftover Moroccan-Spiced Chicken 1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine 17 grapes 1 can vegetable soup 1-1/2 cups 1% milk Evening Snack Candy 3 cups popcorn 2 cups water Denise Phares

Hiya Denise,      So far today I've had 6:00 am - South Beach protein bar 8:30 am - Zone Perfect protein bar 11:00 am - South Beach wraps 1:30 pm - box of SF/FF pistachio pudding 4:00 pm - Caesar salad 6:30 pm - will probably be some more salad      I'm behind on my water though (only on my third bottle which will only get me to 60 oz.) and am so tired after painting all morning and mowing/doing yardwork this afternoon that I may not end up treadmilling after all.  Since the weather's finally warm, I think I'm going to take a book outside with my nex****er and lounge a bit.  :-)

Hi Gals I have been fighting hunger all day, but so far, not toooooo bad: 8:30 a.m.: 1 c unsweet blueberries 6 oz activia 1 scoop soy pdr 11:30 a.m. = 1/2 protein bar 12:30 p.m. = 1 stuffed bell pepper homestyle, 1/4 c trail mix, 1 small banana I see my mistake here:  not enough food often enuf in the morning, lunch was a near disaster.

Tonight = seafood gumbo, vodka and fresca - about 4 planned My only activity so far is 60 minutes playing with grandsons at a fair, 60 minutes light gardening/weeding. Prolly not much else going today.  The blues thing fell thru - just as well. save some $ and too much beer.
