Three weeks in
Not too sure what I did to screw up the first post, but ok, I am still learning how this site works.....
I joined TOPS two weeks ago, and started my 1500 cal. and exercising 30-45 min. a day plan and have lost 13 pounds in three weeks! It is amazing!! I have been exercising enough to where I am able to ride my bike again. I even went out and bought one of those bike trailers, and my son LOVES riding in it! I was looking into lap band, and went to the informational meeting, etc. but really thought I could give it one more try without surgery, and so far so good!!

That's excellent progress and I'm so proud of you! Tops is a great resource and I love being a member! Exercise is so important and yet so hard to do! Good job and kudos!
Did you make the suggested lifestyle changes from the My Day 1 book or other resource, or what all have you done besides the new exercise routines?
