MORE MOVING....The saga continues

How did you move today? Last night I walked 1.5 miles, rode the exercise bike 1.5 miles, done 35 reps on the thigh and bun buster machine and 15 minutes of cardio.  OMG, I'm so sore all I want to do is go home and soak in a hot tub, but instead I walked 1.2 miles today at work.  Not sure how far I will make it tonight with DH.  LOL..... I feel like running away.

10/4/07 surgery 265, 11/7/07 1st fill  252, 12/27/07 2nd fill 243, 1/16/08 234, 2/27/08 3rd fill 230, 5/18/08 209, 6/12/08 home scale 200!!!!!!!!!!! 10/22/08 1 yr......184, 11/4/08.....170, Pouch dilation in April 10, complete unfill. Starting over! 7/29/10-175

I have don enada yet - after work, a mini-bike ride 75 minutes.

Did my usual today, an hour of cycling and a little more than half a mile walking   It's Wednesday, so I weighed in and I've lost 7 more pounds. Bert

 DH and I made it another 2 miles of walking tonight.  WHEW!!!! Exhausted.

Tuesday night walked 2 miles.  Wednesday night....   I played WoW from 6pm until 12:30am. :)  I was bummed out again today and I wanted to be alone.  I hope tomorrow is better.

Dang girl!  Putting me to shame!  That is good though!  Brings out my competitive side.  All I did was the treadmill and was proud that I got to 1.4 miles in under 30 minutes........my ultimate goal (doctor says so) should be 1.5 in that time WOWIE!  You keep it up!  You'll be in a triathalon in no time!
