Abstinence - Day 71
Abstinence is defined in Overeaters Anonymous as the action of refraining from compulsive overeating, and following your particular food plan. I've been doing this for 71 days now, imperfectly. I have peace, serenity, self control, and weight loss as a result.
Breakfast
1 banana
1 cup Corn Chex
1 cup 1% milk
1 mug coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
2 whole wheat pita pockets with spinach, tomato slices, 6 slices chicken/turkey lunch meat, 1 slice American cheese, 1 tsp. mayo
9 prunes
2 cups water
Dinner
1 thigh crockpot chicken
1 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 can vegetable soup
Crystal Light peach ice tea
