 How did you move today? I climbed the stairs 5 times and rode the exercise bike for 2 miles.

10/4/07 surgery 265, 11/7/07 1st fill  252, 12/27/07 2nd fill 243, 1/16/08 234, 2/27/08 3rd fill 230, 5/18/08 209, 6/12/08 home scale 200!!!!!!!!!!! 10/22/08 1 yr......184, 11/4/08.....170, Pouch dilation in April 10, complete unfill. Starting over! 7/29/10-175

I tried doing my usual treadmill.....but my little girlie girl was having some anxiety/withdrawal issues (almost 2)....I had to stop 12 minutes in to calm her down (she was sobbing--kinda weird she's usually so happy).....by the time I got back to it my heart/energy wasn't there and I only went about another 12 minutes (real fast though) TODAY IS ANOTHER DAY

Hiya Angela,      This has been a really bad week for me.  I actually haven't had any formal exercise since Tuesday.  I have been doing a ton of painting and have pulled muscles from that, but this will be the first day for me to get back on the treadmill in quite some time.  I'm just coming out of a bad funk: no motivation, constant cravings/hunger, etc...  I finally feel like getting back on track now.

I walked at work and then walked again at home with the wife.  Got in 8700 steps.  Today I go to the orthopedist to check out my knees. Hopefully he can fix them so I can get back to more strenuous exercise.
